The car we originally booked was a bit small, but the rental company helped us switch to a more suitable one and the extra cost was reasonable. We’ve used this company a few times now, their service is solid and they don’t push any unwanted add‑ons. Overall, pretty good!

It was okay overall

Really good overall experience. The pickup and return spot is right inside the airport, just about a 300m walk and you’re there. We took photos and videos when picking up and dropping off the car, and the staff didn’t nitpick or try to find tiny issues either.

Absolutely amazing. Our car got hit by flying gravel while driving, but the rental company didn’t charge us a single cent, even though I only had the basic insurance. I’ve rented from Budget before and always ended up with weird extra charges after returning the car, but none of that happened here. Every cost was exactly what QEEQ showed on the booking page.

The guy at the Los Angeles location helped me right away with the self-service kiosk, and when I dropped the car in Las Vegas, the staff even asked if I needed any help arranging transport afterwards.
