The store is right at the airport exit and operates under the same management as Enterprise, though you'll need to walk quite a distance to pick up the car. The rental company upgraded us to a Peugeot SUV, which was great.

The rental process was well-organized, the staff were very friendly, answered questions patiently, and there were no upselling attempts. Very satisfied.

Overall, it was pretty good. The rental company upgraded to a Fiat sedan. Unfortunately, as it was my first time renting a car, I didn't check thoroughly and forgot to bring my international passport, which caused inconvenience for my trip to the second country.

The staff was not present when I arrived to pick up the car, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I called customer service and had to wait 30 minutes for them to return. They tried to sell me local insurance, even though I told them I had already purchased insurance. They insisted, saying my insurance was from my home country, which would result in slow claims processing and complications in case of incidents. I refused their upselling efforts.

Mystery car was better than expected.

Booking platform was easy and simple. I paid for price protect and reduced a small reduction in price due to a price drop after the booking was confirmed, which makes paying the extra worth it.

Although they replaced my car, it was still the same class. I want to especially thank the QEEQ customer service team for their quick responses, which made us feel supported and guided like by family during an overseas car rental. It brought great peace of mind. I’ve already recommended QEEQ to my friends.

The staff were very helpful. I didn’t realize there were two airports in Belfast. Our booking was for the international airport, but we ended up at the city airport. The reception staff were very nice and quickly arranged a car for us. However, the service during the car exchange was just average. They wanted to charge £70 for a tiny scratch on the tire (we didn't encounter any issues during the rental period and have no idea how it happened; it was raining when we picked up the car, so we didn't notice it). In the end, the rental company didn't charge us, as it seems they resolved it internally. Overall, the experience was smooth, and no extra costs were incurred. It was a pleasant car rental experience.

Very satisfied

Experienced drivers will find driving a manual car quite enjoyable. Driving from Fethiye to Butterfly Valley wasn’t as challenging as people online mentioned. However, I recommend not using a manual car if you're taking the D400 route or heading to Cappadocia, as it can be a bit tiring.
