Pick-up Instructions

The Alamo - Seattle-tacoma Sea-tac Intl. Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

Alamo is located in the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Then follow the signs to the Rental Car Facility shuttle located out the sliding glass doors near Carousel #1 an #15. Upon departing the shuttle on the 5th floor of the facility, all Alamo customers, please proceed to the counter inside the lobby on the 5th floor. Return to Facility Directions Follow signs to the Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac), then follow signs to RENTAL CAR RETURN. All rental car returns will be handled at the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. Shuttle service returning to the airport will be provided. Please note that there is ongoing construction that is creating delays coming and going from the Rental Car Facility. Please give yourself extra time while traveling at the SeaTac Rental Car Facility.

Drop-off Instructions

    Dislike: The rep at the pickup tried to convince me that an economy size car wouldbe too small for 2-3 people and there would be no trunk space or leg room. The economy car we got was very roomy and had lots of trunk space. Glad I did not let her talk me into paying more for an upgraded car.

    Dislike: Alamo agent resented the EasyRentCars price. Alamo agent claimed that EasyRentCars was only supposed to rent to foreigners, and them renting to me was illegal, and that Alamo management was working on this. In addition, if there was a damage claim, Alamo would not stand by the limited damage insurance EasyRentCars advertised they provided. Furthermore, I am lucky that Alamo can provide me with a car; they could not guarantee that one will be waiting for me. (But there was, and everything worked out fine.)
