I bought all the necessary insurance already and showed him my order. I only wanted to pay $497.6, but he said the prepayment was collected by you, and the $675.87 was charged by the store. Due to time constraints, we hurried to pick up and return the car, paid the fee first, and decided to address it later. Also, 497.6 + 4.48 + 163.66 does not equal 675.87! It equals 665.74, thank you!

Overcharged for insurance

Although returning the car was quite convenient, they insisted on changing the car model and adding roadside assistance and other services. Due to language barriers and no Chinese services, we wasted over an hour. In the end, we had to compromise and upgrade the car for extra money. The upgraded car was spacious and in good condition, but we were forced to accept it, so we were not satisfied.
