When picking up the car, they kept urging us to sign without mentioning the additional toll device fee. This practice feels deceptive, especially for Chinese customers who don't speak English.

The overall service of AVIS at the airport was average. However, when the staff at the counter noticed we had a lot of luggage, they kindly upgraded us to a Chevrolet SUV for free. We really appreciated it.

The clerk, a middle-aged Latina woman, was extremely slow and inefficient, especially when handling international driver's licenses, taking half an hour to process. From start to finish, I never received a bill. When picking up the car, they said they'd email it to me, but I never got it. When returning the car, they promised again to email it, even confirmed my email address, but still, nothing was sent. On the other hand, the guy who handed me the car was great; he showed me several vehicles and let me choose one myself.

Dishonest company with overcharging practices. Before returning the car, I made sure to fill the tank completely. I drove approximately 270 miles and spent over $50 on gas (hybrid vehicle). Then, I drove about 25 miles to the airport to return the car. The attendant checked the vehicle and said everything was fine. However, later I received a bill stating that I was charged for 3 gallons of gas at a cost of over $40. Driving 270 miles used just 13.3 gallons of gas, but they claimed I needed 3 gallons for a 25-mile drive to the airport. This is truly a dishonest company.

The waiting time for picking up the car was too long. Other than that, everything else was fine. The processes for picking up, exchanging, and returning the car were all simple and convenient.

私の英語力が無いせいだと思いますが、何を言っているのか聞き取りにくく、何回か聞き直したら、あからさまにもういいやって態度になりました。他のお客さんはいませんでした。もう少し丁寧に接してくれても良いのではないかと思いました。 わからない間にロードサービスを追加されてました。 受付はかなり不親切な印象しか有りませんでした。

何も困りませんでした。 TPLをどうやってつけるのか最初わかりませんでした。最初から検索条件に入れれば良いと気がつくのに時間がかかりました。
