There was pretty much no service. The car they gave me was a Hyundai Kona, which I’d never even heard of and really didn’t like. Return was very basic—they just glanced at the car, took the key, and sent me off. On top of that, they held more deposit than what was written in the contract: they charged $356, which showed up as an actual credit card charge, so it posted to my account and I had to pay it off first.

Just grab a taxi to the Seattle–Tacoma Airport rental car center—every company is in the same building so it’s super easy to find. The garage is organized by vehicle type, and you can pick any car from your category. Loved that setup!

Couldn’t get the Niro hybrid we’d originally booked. They first told us only regular gas cars were available and offered a free upgrade, but in the end we just got a Camry hybrid anyway.

The rental company kept reminding us to buy insurance, but we’d already purchased full coverage in advance.

Both pickup and return were super quick – really shows they’re a long-established rental company you can rely on.
