All Emerald Club members may bypass the counter and proceed directly to the rental vehicles, located one floor below the lobby. Take the escalator or elevator to the right of the lobby down one level to find the Emerald Aisle. Return to Facility Directions Follow signs to the Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac), then follow signs to RENTAL CAR RETURN. The consolidated Rental Car Facility is located 3150 South 160th Street The car lot is located on the third floor of the consolidated Rental Car Facility. Gold customers and customers arriving by flight: please board the shuttle bus at the designated pickup point to the consolidated Rental Car Facility (7-10 minutes ride) and take the escalator to level 3. Two passenger pick-up areas are located outside baggage claim at the north and south ends of the main terminal.

The waiting time for picking up the car was too long. Other than that, everything else was fine. The processes for picking up, exchanging, and returning the car were all simple and convenient.

Dishonest company with overcharging practices. Before returning the car, I made sure to fill the tank completely. I drove approximately 270 miles and spent over $50 on gas (hybrid vehicle). Then, I drove about 25 miles to the airport to return the car. The attendant checked the vehicle and said everything was fine. However, later I received a bill stating that I was charged for 3 gallons of gas at a cost of over $40. Driving 270 miles used just 13.3 gallons of gas, but they claimed I needed 3 gallons for a 25-mile drive to the airport. This is truly a dishonest company.

When replacing the car, BUDGET staff shirked responsibility, and there was no dedicated service. At the time of return, they didn’t provide a return confirmation slip and charged extra fees afterward. However, the after-sales manager Ali from Zuzuche provided very professional service and helped me recover the price difference. Highly commendable!

The clerk, a middle-aged Latina woman, was extremely slow and inefficient, especially when handling international driver's licenses, taking half an hour to process. From start to finish, I never received a bill. When picking up the car, they said they'd email it to me, but I never got it. When returning the car, they promised again to email it, even confirmed my email address, but still, nothing was sent. On the other hand, the guy who handed me the car was great; he showed me several vehicles and let me choose one myself.

The overall service of AVIS at the airport was average. However, when the staff at the counter noticed we had a lot of luggage, they kindly upgraded us to a Chevrolet SUV for free. We really appreciated it.

Overall, it was quite good. The line was slightly longer compared to other companies, but that's understandable since it's a bit cheaper. The wait time wasn't too long, and the car was in good condition. They seemed to offer me an upgrade to a better car, but I declined, and I didn't choose additional insurance either. The staff reminded me that if I use toll roads, the company would charge me for it. Both pickup and drop-off were very convenient.

The staff at both pickup and drop-off locations were very friendly, patient, and warm. Especially when I forgot a key at the hotel during drop-off, the staff, after getting permission, provided me with a vehicle for free so I could retrieve it. It was very touching.

Counter staff Ming was very helpful. However, at check in, I told him I needed to return the car one day early due to change in my flight. I asked about receiving a credit because of this. The said I needed to call another number when I returned the car. I called the number and the lady I spoke with said no refunds. I asked for a supervisor and she said one were available. She took my phone number for the supervisor, but no one has called
