CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON BUDGET AT SEATTLE AIRPORT, SEA

I would give five stars (excellent) to the overall condition of this car. The actual car I received was a Chevrolet Malibu. As for Budget's car rental service, I also give it five stars (excellent) overall. The staff were friendly, the wait time was short, there was no upselling, and the accident handling was efficient. The car pickup location was easy to find.

Stay away from Tacoma Airport! It will be a frustrating experience! Long wait times for paperwork and car pickup. I've never encountered such hassle at an airport in the U.S. It takes at least an hour and a half to get a car! Terrible service.

We found budget staff great. They didn't try to upsell us. When we dropped off car we had a crack in side door window due to following a gritting lorry. The staff made no fuss and seemed more concerned about our welfare.

I have used QEEQ several times, twice this year and price is always good. Holding car for a buck - great.

When replacing the car, BUDGET staff shirked responsibility, and there was no dedicated service. At the time of return, they didn’t provide a return confirmation slip and charged extra fees afterward. However, the after-sales manager Ali from Zuzuche provided very professional service and helped me recover the price difference. Highly commendable!

Rented a Camry but wanted an AWD and had to pay 140USD for the 7 day rental to upgrade to a larger Mazda CX-90 SUV. To my horror on the 4 day of use the car was unable to open and it took us almost an hour before we could reach the budget service line. In the end budget arranged a mechanic which took 1.5 hours to arrive and we had to rush to the Sea-Tec for my wife's flight via uber. Budget arranged another replacement car at Sea-Tec but it was 100% confusion. The replacement car was not available, and was given a chevrolet sedan which I disagreed given the higher price I paid for the SUV. Took me another 45 min to find a replacement car which was a RAV4. The car had its maintenance light signal on the moment I entered the car but I had no choice little did I regret picking up this car which had wiper issues when I was driving down Whistler mountain on a rainy day. It was extremely dangerous for my entire family who were in the car who feared for their lives the entire journey. I am requesting a full investigation on the poor, unsafe cars on Budget!!!!

The clerk, a middle-aged Latina woman, was extremely slow and inefficient, especially when handling international driver's licenses, taking half an hour to process. From start to finish, I never received a bill. When picking up the car, they said they'd email it to me, but I never got it. When returning the car, they promised again to email it, even confirmed my email address, but still, nothing was sent. On the other hand, the guy who handed me the car was great; he showed me several vehicles and let me choose one myself.

I returned the car with a full tank, but they claimed it was not full and charged me for 1.8 gallons (about 6.8 liters). They said the tank was 15.5 gallons when I picked up the car and 13.7 gallons when I returned it. Whether the rental company has the ability and time to accurately measure the fuel level is questionable. Even after the fuel nozzle clicks, you can still add a few more liters. They charged $9.9 per liter plus an 11.11% service fee. Extremely dissatisfied.
