Pretty good overall. However, they didn't have the car I wanted, but the upgraded model was quite satisfactory. The S60 is very suitable for the U.S. environment. The trunk can only be opened from the trunk itself, and the rear seats cannot be folded down from inside the car. Even if the car gets broken into, the trunk remains secure.

私の英語力が無いせいだと思いますが、何を言っているのか聞き取りにくく、何回か聞き直したら、あからさまにもういいやって態度になりました。他のお客さんはいませんでした。もう少し丁寧に接してくれても良いのではないかと思いました。わからない間にロードサービスを追加されてました。受付はかなり不親切な印象しか有りませんでした。
