The staff at the store were really nice and patient. The only downside was that the car was pretty dirty when I picked it up. I had to spend a long time cleaning it myself, and then realized the guy was actually using a mop to clean the inside of the car.
Pickup was super smooth—the car was parked right at the Hilton hotel lot, just a short walk away, really convenient. The car was basically brand new and felt freshly washed, with that clean, fresh smell.
It’s a smaller company, so the line at the counter was short. They did try to upsell extra insurance, but once I said I already had full coverage they didn’t push it and the whole process was done pretty quickly.
