Very few people, staff were super friendly, no hard selling at all. The car was basically brand new, very clean and in great condition. Drop-off was easy and really efficient.

Booked a Jeep Compass specifically to drive up to the observatory (I’d checked it was 4WD). They didn’t end up giving us that car, but luckily their system showed we needed AWD, so they set us up with a Nissan X-Trail instead. It was actually great to drive—proper 4WD, a bit thirsty on fuel, had CarPlay, and the car was pretty new. No hidden or extra charges at all, and both pickup and drop-off were really straightforward. Only downside was there was just one person at the counter.

Fantastic experience. Everything was confirmed smoothly through QEEQ, pickup and return were super efficient—only about 5 minutes to pick up the car and 1 minute to drop it off. The car was practically brand new with just 1,000 miles on it.

Refunding the deposit took a bit longer than I expected.

Overall service was great. There weren’t too many people, but I still had to wait in line for a bit. The staff processed everything super fast and they gave me exactly the car I wanted—a red Wrangler that looks amazing in photos.

They were a bit short-staffed, so after finishing the paperwork I had to walk over and get the car myself. Luckily there was someone in the lot who walked me through all the controls and features one by one.

Staff are really professional – no hard selling, no nonsense. They just follow your reservation, you fill out the paperwork in a few minutes, pay the deposit, and you’re done.

The Kia 4WD didn’t have enough power for the volcano drive or the trip up Mauna Kea to stargaze, so we couldn’t make it up the mountain.

Everything went super fast from start to finish, and the deposit was refunded really quickly too.

Really good experience! My English isn’t great, but they were so patient guiding me through everything. I’m really grateful—the pickup and return were super smooth, and I’m very satisfied!

One of the latches on the soft-top Wrangler was broken, so when it poured, water leaked in… There weren’t any other Wranglers to swap into, so I just had to put up with it. Then on the way down from the volcano the wind was so strong it literally lifted the top—such a mess… But once we’d already been up to the stargazing lookout, I didn’t really care anymore. They switched me into a very new Altima and the rest of the trip was smooth sailing—sedans are definitely more comfortable.

Service was decent overall.

Renewing it myself was way too expensive.
