Pick-up Instructions

The Alamo - Kona International Airport car rental location is in terminal

Exit baggage claim and proceed to the shuttle bus pick-up area. Please proceed to the Alamo counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the vehicle to the location at:73 106 Aulepe St, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. After returning, take the free shuttle back to the airport.

The service was quite good, and compared to other companies, Alamo offers decent value for money. The same model is cheaper than some well-known companies. The vehicle condition was also good. When I arrived, there was a row of cars, at least five or six to choose from freely. But usually, it's just a matter of picking the appearance and color. Haha.

Very satisfied. The service was excellent and the efficiency was high. Our flight was at 6:15 AM, and the car rental office opened at 5:15 AM. We were a bit worried and even considered returning the car the day before and taking a taxi to the airport the next day. However, the staff assured us that it wouldn’t affect our schedule. Last time I rented a car in the US, it was from Alamo, and this time it was just as good. The shuttle at Kona Airport arrived quickly, and there were plenty of service windows, so no waiting in line. They had a wide selection of vehicles, including a row of Jeep Wranglers—just pick the one you like. No hidden charges, and returning the car was very convenient.
