Very satisfied. The service was excellent and the efficiency was high. Our flight was at 6:15 AM, and the car rental office opened at 5:15 AM. We were a bit worried and even considered returning the car the day before and taking a taxi to the airport the next day. However, the staff assured us that it wouldn’t affect our schedule. As it turned out, the car rental service was very efficient.

Pretty good, got the car within ten minutes. After finishing the paperwork, they didn't require a translated driver's license. The staff directly took me to the parking area nearby and pointed at a row of Jeep Wranglers, saying I could choose any one of them from the driver's side sun visor.

The car was clean with great power. Pickup and drop-off were convenient. Spacious interior for 6 adults to sit comfortably. The trunk could fit four 28-inch suitcases and one 24-inch suitcase without issue.

The service was excellent and very convenient. I paid a bit extra to upgrade from a two-door Wrangler to a four-door. Choosing a 4WD on the Big Island was definitely the right decision, the trip was very enjoyable!!!
