Very satisfied

Aside from the car's interior being a bit dirty (still within acceptable limits), everything else was excellent. I chose Alamo's self-service kiosk for car rental, where a staff member was very enthusiastic and helpful. The process was convenient, and incidents were handled promptly. Both QEEQ and Alamo responded quickly. I will choose QEEQ and Alamo again next time.

The car rental company staff was very casual when giving us the car, telling us to just pick any Jeep from a bunch. They didn't hand over a specific car with the keys, which I think is very irresponsible. The car had issues that were not noted on any form! Additionally, the car's system malfunctioned! The electronic key wouldn't open the car, and using the manual key triggered the alarm. With the help of locals, we waited for five hours for roadside assistance!

Overall it's fine, but paying fines is quite inconvenient.

The service was excellent and very convenient. I paid a bit extra to upgrade from a two-door Wrangler to a four-door. Choosing a 4WD on the Big Island was definitely the right decision, the trip was very enjoyable!!!
