All the rental companies are in one building next to Chicago airport, so the shuttle ride over is really easy. The line at Dollar moved fast, pickup was smooth, and they gave us a super cute Kia Soul that was perfect for two people.

Car was in great condition and the whole process was really straightforward. The fuel level on the pickup sheet didn’t quite match the actual fuel in the car, but thanks to QEEQ the issue was sorted out quickly. Hopefully they can tighten up their vehicle management going forward.

They downgraded me from a full-size to a mid-size, and there was no way all my hockey gear was going to fit.

Booked the rental less than 24 hours before pickup and everything was processed super fast. At the counter they only asked once if we wanted the "return with less than a full tank" option—after we said no, they didn’t push anything else. We reserved a Kia K5 but got a Nissan Altima instead, basically brand new with only 126 miles on it.

Short line, barely any waiting, and they explained everything really clearly.

Had to wait in a pretty long line at Dollar, probably because it was the Independence Day long weekend.

The staff were really friendly, joking around while getting all the paperwork done.
