This place is easy to find, the staff are super friendly, and the cars are all in great condition. I booked a Toyota but picked up a Kia instead, and that worked out really well too.

Booked the rental less than 24 hours before pickup and everything was processed super fast. At the counter they only asked once if we wanted the "return with less than a full tank" option—after we said no, they didn’t push anything else. We reserved a Kia K5 but got a Nissan Altima instead, basically brand new with only 126 miles on it.

Long wait in line and they did try to upsell, but the car itself was brand new and honestly really good.

The guy at the airport counter was awesome. My English isn’t great so I had to use a translator the whole time, but he was super patient and made the whole experience really nice.

Service was good and the staff were quite polite, but the Chicago airport location was way too crowded. I waited over half an hour just to get to the counter.
