NEW YORK CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

All good

Service was pretty good.

Very professional service.

Super happy overall – the line was short, no hard selling, and it was pretty convenient to just walk over to the pickup point.

The staff at the rental counter were really friendly, easy to talk to, no hidden fees at all, and the whole process was quick and hassle‑free.

The staff at the counter were really patient and walked me through everything very clearly.

Pickup was super quick and returning the car was just as easy. Once you get to the drop-off spot, just park, leave the keys in the car, and you’re good to go.

Overall it was decent, nothing amazing but nothing to complain about either.

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

The car they gave us was practically brand new.

The location was super easy to find. Just followed the instructions on QEEQ and took the little train there, which was really convenient. Dropping off the car was just as smooth with the QEEQ address leading us right to the spot. They didn’t try to upsell any extra insurance, and for pickup you just head straight to the parking lot. Returning the car was very simple too—the staff just checked the dashboard and sent us to the counter. Everything was fast and efficient. The car was in excellent condition, basically brand new, and we had zero issues for the whole trip.

Very satisfied, the car was in great condition.

I usually rent from HERTZ, but this time I went with AVIS. Overall the rental was fine and the counter staff didn’t try to upsell anything. The only issue was that the tire pressure warning came on the first day. Thankfully we ran into a kind stranger on the road who had their own inflator and helped us out. The tire didn’t seem punctured, but we couldn’t figure out how to reset the TPMS, so we stayed a bit on edge during the trip and kept checking the tire pressure.

This was my first time renting a car abroad, and I was surprised by how easy it was in the US. Returning the car was super smooth too. The car itself was in great condition—basically brand new, only about 4,000 miles on it. Couldn’t be happier.

The rental company was absolutely excellent.

There’s only one counter, so the line moves really slowly and you end up waiting a long time.

The staff were super efficient and even put me in a brand‑new car.

Car was in great condition and really clean.
