Initially, the car rental company provided a Ford Bronco Sports, which was noticeably smaller and not in the same category as the reserved model. The booking was for a Ford Edge EDGE mid-size SUV. After strong insistence, they replaced it with a Toyota 4Runner. Additionally, the AVIS queue took way too long, and the car pickup process stretched over two hours, severely disrupting our travel plans.
Average. Americans tend to work a bit slower, so there was some waiting during pickup. A reminder: it's best to ask for an accident hotline when picking up the car. We had a minor collision, and it took a long time to find the right contact and person to handle it.
The service attitude was good, but the efficiency was quite low. There were several Toyota Siennas parked in the lot that we had reserved, yet they gave us a Honda minivan instead. When we went back to ask, they said there were none left.
