JOHN F. KENNEDY INTL AIRPORT CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

All good

Super satisfied with everything, no complaints at all.

The staff at the rental counter were really friendly, easy to talk to, no hidden fees at all, and the whole process was quick and hassle‑free.

Really good overall.

The directions were clear and it was really easy to find.

Overall it was decent, nothing amazing but nothing to complain about either.

The car they gave us was practically brand new.

The location was super easy to find. Just followed the instructions on QEEQ and took the little train there, which was really convenient. Dropping off the car was just as smooth with the QEEQ address leading us right to the spot. They didn’t try to upsell any extra insurance, and for pickup you just head straight to the parking lot. Returning the car was very simple too—the staff just checked the dashboard and sent us to the counter. Everything was fast and efficient. The car was in excellent condition, basically brand new, and we had zero issues for the whole trip.

Pretty good overall.

Very satisfied, the car was in great condition.

Very professional and organized, everything was quick and easy, and the car was in great condition.

Super happy overall: got a nearly new car with just 5000 km on it, plus the plate pass for tolls, which only charges you for actual crossings and no daily fee if you don’t use it. Really convenient and good value. Filled up the tank and returned the car in under a minute.

Very good, reasonable price, and excellent service. I will choose them again next time.

I usually rent from HERTZ, but this time I went with AVIS. Overall the rental was fine and the counter staff didn’t try to upsell anything. The only issue was that the tire pressure warning came on the first day. Thankfully we ran into a kind stranger on the road who had their own inflator and helped us out. The tire didn’t seem punctured, but we couldn’t figure out how to reset the TPMS, so we stayed a bit on edge during the trip and kept checking the tire pressure.

No hidden fees, really friendly staff, and everything was handled super fast with very little waiting in line.

There’s only one counter, so the line moves really slowly and you end up waiting a long time.

Very satisfied

Car was in great condition, and both pickup and return were super smooth. I even forgot something when I left and the staff kindly reminded me to grab it.

Service was pretty good overall.
