Easy and convenient, smooth return process, car condition was very good

Like: All staff I interacted with were affable and generous. I felt well informed and well taken care of. What I appreciated was understanding why things were taking so long: the staff focussed on the customer care and went into detail when answering questions and helping customers make the right choices. I was happy with the way that Geneva handled my query; I felt like I was the only customer in the room -- unrushed and highly valued.
Dislike: I had not anticipated close to 1.5 hours from queue to driving off with the car. If I had known this, I would have built this into my schedule and my 7 year old daughter was tired from flying and very fed up. Moreover it had a knock on-effect on my next appointment to collect a key from the air bnb accommodation contact, so I had a lot of apologising to do.

O carro alugado não foi o carro contratado (aluguei um sonata ou similar e me deram um elantra). Além disto o carro estava batido, o que me tomou tempo na devolução.
