The location was super easy to find. Just followed the instructions on QEEQ and took the little train there, which was really convenient. Dropping off the car was just as smooth with the QEEQ address leading us right to the spot. They didn’t try to upsell any extra insurance, and for pickup you just head straight to the parking lot. Returning the car was very simple too—the staff just checked the dashboard and sent us to the counter. Everything was fast and efficient. The car was in excellent condition, basically brand new, and we had zero issues for the whole trip.

Avis is a big company. Every time I book a Toyota RAV4 they switch me to another model, but as long as the car is good I don’t mind.

I usually rent from HERTZ, but this time I went with AVIS. Overall the rental was fine and the counter staff didn’t try to upsell anything. The only issue was that the tire pressure warning came on the first day. Thankfully we ran into a kind stranger on the road who had their own inflator and helped us out. The tire didn’t seem punctured, but we couldn’t figure out how to reset the TPMS, so we stayed a bit on edge during the trip and kept checking the tire pressure.

No hidden fees, really friendly staff, and everything was handled super fast with very little waiting in line.

This was my first time renting a car abroad, and I was surprised by how easy it was in the US. Returning the car was super smooth too. The car itself was in great condition—basically brand new, only about 4,000 miles on it. Couldn’t be happier.
