The staff were super nice and explained all the paperwork really clearly. They didn’t keep pushing extra insurance or anything, and the whole process was really smooth.
Really friendly staff and super efficient service. Picking up and returning the car was really quick, and they refunded the deposit right after I dropped the car off. They’ll recommend an upgrade when you rent, but you can just say no if you don’t need it.
The rental company was fine overall, but they charged €274 for the border-crossing fee plus one additional driver for 18 days, which felt a bit steep. Apparently the cross-border fee has gone up recently.
Service was great, pickup and return were super easy, and there was zero hard selling. The car was really new and in excellent condition—absolutely awesome!
