The staff were friendly and courteous, provided detailed answers, and informed me about things to pay attention to on the road. However, they downgraded the car and misleadingly claimed it was an upgrade. This kind of behavior is deceptive to customers and unacceptable! Furthermore, the car was close to needing maintenance and had faults, reflecting poor management by the rental company, and it was very unsafe. Poor service!

During the trip, a low tire pressure warning appeared. After returning to Reykjavik, I went to the downtown service center and got a replacement vehicle.

As soon as I arrived at the airport, I spotted the pickup person. It was just a 10-minute drive to the car rental location. There were four counters handling the process, but the wait to pick up the car was quite long since they go over the insurance coverage details with everyone. Back home, I bought full coverage insurance on the platform, which was convenient and cost-effective. There were no issues during pickup or drop-off, the car was in good condition, and everything went smoothly.
