The staff was responsive and friendly. However, when driving, you must set the car lights to full beams regardless of outdoor lighting conditions—it can't just be set to auto as commonly done in China. I asked the staff multiple times for confirmation and even had them check inside the car. They said 'auto' was fine, but this was incorrect and violates Icelandic traffic regulations.

I have rented cars overseas more than ten times, but this is the first time I've encountered such a rundown car. The odometer showed over 110,000 kilometers, and the car is estimated to be at least ten years old. When returning the car, they charged me more than the entire rental fee without providing a detailed bill. They told me to submit a request online and had an extremely bad attitude.
