CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON EUROPCAR AT KEFLAVIK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, KEF

Service was excellent and the return process was really quick. Everything went smoothly, big thanks to the platform and this rental company for their patience and great support.

Overall a pretty good rental experience. Picking up the car and driving it during the trip was smooth. We did have one accident on the road, but once we contacted the rental company, their customer service responded quickly and arranged a replacement car for us without much hassle. Everything was handled efficiently and clearly, and it barely affected the rest of our journey. All in all, we were quite satisfied.

Really good overall, the car was very new.

Europcar rental was smooth and hassle-free.

Great service, and once they saw I’d already bought full insurance, they didn’t try to upsell me anything.

Pickup and return were really hassle-free.

Overall it was great, but the car I picked was a bit old and small, so with Iceland’s strong winds it didn’t feel very stable to drive.

Pick-up was super smooth, and they didn’t push any extra insurance at all.

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

You really feel that laid-back Nordic vibe when you pick up the car — it’s super chill and unhurried.

Really good, very patient and helpful.

Super convenient and really fast to use.

Pick-up was really quick, and the staff member was super considerate—he even marked the return spot on the map and went over some driving tips.

Very efficient and the car was exactly as described.

Overall it was okay. The car was a bit old but nothing major, and there were no hidden charges.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, everything was done quickly and the paperwork was really straightforward!

Super easy to find, just followed the GPS and got there, very good.

Picked the car up about half an hour early and the staff guy was really friendly and helpful.
