    There was a bit of a queue when picking up the car. I noticed it was the busiest among all the stores. The lady who assisted us had a strong accent, making it hard to understand her English, but she typed everything on an iPad to communicate. She tried to sell us insurance, but we politely declined. Returning the car was very easy; the staff quickly inspected the car and approved it. The car was in good condition, and having a 4-wheel drive was essential for the snowy and hilly terrain.

    Waited ages for the car in a huge line. When we got the keys it was a 5 minute walk in torrential rain to pick up the car. Other car rentals had a bus to take them there and back. On the way back there was a bus to take us back to the terminal which was appreciated.
