Absolutely love it! The diesel 4WD is amazing to drive, easily hits over 200km/h on Germany's autobahn, and it's super fuel-efficient at just 5.6L per 100km. The space is huge, back seats can even be used as a bed. Handles snow effortlessly, plus it has a seat massage function which makes long trips so comfortable. One tank of fuel covers 1100km!

Initially, they gave me a Q3, which I said was too small, so they switched it to a Tiguan. They recommended I purchase insurance, but I declined. The car had minor scratches, so I recorded a video of the car beforehand. During the return, they did a simple check, walked around the car, and checked the fuel gauge, then said everything was fine, which was great. In the end, there were no additional charges.

I booked a Golf but got a brand-new VW Tiguan instead and loved it. Super satisfied overall. Picking up and returning the car near the train stations was really convenient and easy to find, and there was no extra fee for picking up in Geneva and dropping off in Zurich.

The staff at the front desk were friendly. The Bern branch is small, so there's no need to queue.
