Absolutely love it! The diesel 4WD is amazing to drive, easily hits over 200km/h on Germany's autobahn, and it's super fuel-efficient at just 5.6L per 100km. The space is huge, back seats can even be used as a bed. Handles snow effortlessly, plus it has a seat massage function which makes long trips so comfortable. One tank of fuel covers 1100km!

Initially, they gave me a Q3, which I said was too small, so they switched it to a Tiguan. They recommended I purchase insurance, but I declined. The car had minor scratches, so I recorded a video of the car beforehand. During the return, they did a simple check, walked around the car, and checked the fuel gauge, then said everything was fine, which was great. In the end, there were no additional charges.

The car pickup process was efficient with no upselling throughout. They just asked if insurance was needed, and after saying no, I could directly go to the parking lot to collect the car. The process here is quite flexible—you're given the keys and can inspect the car yourself. Since pre-existing scratches on the car are unavoidable, to prevent disputes, I followed QEEQ app's suggestion to take photos and upload them to the app. It's recommended to take close-ups and videos of any existing scratches, including the interior.

The staff at the front desk were friendly. The Bern branch is small, so there's no need to queue.
