GENEVA AIRPORT（SWISS SIDE） CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

Really happy with the whole rental experience. When we returned the car they only asked if the tank was full, didn’t even inspect the vehicle and we were good to go. The entire trip went smoothly from start to finish.

The front desk staff were really warm and welcoming. The car was in great condition with only 12,000 km on it, and it was a fully loaded hybrid, super fuel-efficient. All the luggage for our family of three fit in easily. The smart driver-assist features made driving on the highway feel much safer. I’ll definitely go with QEEQ again next time.

Super easy to find, the signs are really clear.

Very satisfied – picking up the car was fast and hassle-free.

It was okay overall, nothing special but not bad either.

Super happy with the service, really thoughtful and attentive!

Absolutely perfect.

Super short lines and really friendly staff. They switched me to a local brand car and it turned out great.

I mentioned in advance that I’d need a bigger trunk for luggage, so they proactively upgraded me to a 2008 and even had the keys ready. When I was doing the paperwork they kindly reminded me about the insurance, and everything was sorted quickly.

Service was pretty good.

Brand new car.

The car was great. It was a diesel, and once we removed the trunk cover, we could easily fit four suitcases in the back, including one boxy hard-case.

I was second in line and everything was done within 5 minutes.

The car was really new and the whole pickup process was super easy.

We really needed clearer communication about how the advance payment was handled for the booking.

Super efficient, birthday discount was a nice surprise, and the car was in great condition.

Service was pretty good overall.
