The waiting time during peak hours is a bit long, and there is only one staff member at the regular counter, so you need to allocate about an hour for the process. However, the overall procedure is quite quick, with both the rental and return contracts sent directly via email. The staff mentioned that if you notice any issues with the car during pickup, take photos to record them and report back during the return process. The whole service is fairly professional. The car provided was very new and well-equipped. I rented a compact automatic car, and they gave me a Toyota CHR hatchback with a hybrid system. The trunk space was large enough to fit two 24-inch suitcases without any problem. Very good experience!

Absolutely love it! The diesel 4WD is amazing to drive, easily hits over 200km/h on Germany's autobahn, and it's super fuel-efficient at just 5.6L per 100km. The space is huge, back seats can even be used as a bed. Handles snow effortlessly, plus it has a seat massage function which makes long trips so comfortable. One tank of fuel covers 1100km!

You need to take a shuttle bus to the P51 parking lot to pick up the car.

Everything went super smoothly, no one tried to upsell me extra insurance, and they clearly explained the driving area limits. Drop-off was also really efficient. I’ve rented with Hertz many times now and they’ve been consistently good.

Easy to locate at Geneva Airport. The car provided was a different brand but very new and had no issues driving. Highway tolls are already included, highly recommended! Make sure to bring a USB cable.
