SWITZERLAND CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

Really happy with the whole rental experience. When we returned the car they only asked if the tank was full, didn’t even inspect the vehicle and we were good to go. The entire trip went smoothly from start to finish.

Super easy to find, the signs are really clear.

Very satisfied – picking up the car was fast and hassle-free.

Barely had to wait in line, everything moved really fast.

Very effective

It was okay overall, nothing special but not bad either.

My connecting flight was delayed and I arrived over 3 hours past my scheduled pickup time, but they still let me take the car without extra charges or canceling the booking. The staff were really friendly, and they even changed my drop-off location for free when I picked up the car. Overall, it was a really good experience.

Everything was smooth and straightforward, the car was in great condition, and the staff were really responsible and helpful.

Booking was really easy, and both pickup and drop-off were super convenient.

Service was pretty good.

Service was great, pickup and return were super easy, and there was zero hard selling. The car was really new and in excellent condition—absolutely awesome!

I was second in line and everything was done within 5 minutes.

Pretty good overall, everything went smoothly.

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

Very satisfied

Super easy and straightforward. They took a 350 CHF deposit and refunded it to UBS within a day or two.

Absolutely flawless

Way too few cars available at the downtown pickup location.
