The store is easy to find, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The staff was very friendly and upgraded me to an Audi, which was a brand-new car with only 2000 kilometers on it.

The staff were very friendly during pickup, and even though I didn’t purchase the company's insurance, there was no aggressive upselling.

It was so considerate that they allowed changes for returning the car at a different location temporarily.

It was such an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly patient and enthusiastic. Due to personal reasons, I didn't plan my time well and then encountered a traffic jam, so I felt I might be late. I called the company in advance since, in Europe, if you delay someone's off-duty time, you typically have to pay a 50-euro fine (please take note of this!). However, the person handling both my car rental and return was so kind. Earlier, he had noticed I was a woman traveling alone and had helped carry my luggage to the car. Even when I delayed his off-duty time during the return, he waited for me in casual clothes and didn't charge me any fees. Sometimes, the kindness of strangers can be so touching. It was truly heartwarming!

The vehicle was in excellent condition! The navigation system was impressive and accurate! Picking up and returning the car was very convenient!

Charged a large deposit on my credit card despite everything being paid. Very annoying as it blocks this amount for the entire period of the rental.

Despite saying everything is paid and no payment on collection, Europcar charges the large deposit on your credit card which is very annoying.
