The car was a little bigger than ordered. The only small complain is that we arrived half an hour earlier and the car was not ready then, we had to wait.

Very good, hardly any waiting time, and the staff processed everything very quickly.

The car rental company is pretty good and efficient. Both QEEQ and Alamo provided excellent service. However, the car we received for this trip had issues. The Renault Clio's radio suddenly turned its volume to the maximum while driving on the highway, which was incredibly loud and dangerous, and we couldn't adjust it. After several minutes, the issue disappeared when we slowed down, but we didn't dare to use the car's system for the rest of the journey.

Good service, minimal upselling, and free car upgrade.

Alamo and Enterprise share the same counter, resulting in very long wait times. Cars cannot be picked up early. Next time I'll choose Europcar.

The car is great to drive, has CarPlay, and a rearview camera.
