To pick up your car with Alamo / Enterprise / National, please follow the signs "Mietwagen / Rental Car) which are directing you to the Car Rental Center on Level 1 of the Airport Center. To Return your rental car, please follow the "Abflug / Rental Car Return" signs when approaching Zurich Airport. You can return your car in the "Parking 3" car park where you will find our Alamo / Enterprise / National return cabin.

    We actually arrived about 1 hour earlier than the time we gave Alamo for pickup. Still, the lady at the desk was so understanding and said she would go and check to see if the car was ready for pickup. She returned within 10 mins and said we could go and pick up the car. The girl at the car park also helped us with showing us the controls of the car since I was not familiar to the model. It was a hybrid automatic. Usually I drive a manual. The quality and condition of the car was superb. It suited our needs perfectly. We were able to load our luggage and leave for our holiday. The same girl met me at drop-off. She checked the car carefully with me and there were no issues and we were able to leave within 5 mins or so. It was ever so smooth.
