Very good, the car is very new.

When I picked up my car, they gave me a BMW 320 station wagon, which is smaller than the Passat wagon I originally booked. The trunk couldn't fit three pieces of luggage as advertised for the Passat, which forced me to upgrade the vehicle. During the upgrade, the staff told me it would only cost an additional 20 CHF per day with the insurance fee unchanged. However, the actual charge was 25 CHF per day plus nearly 100 CHF in taxes (which the staff never mentioned). After emailing them, they blamed me and claimed they had informed me of everything. But when I returned the car and confronted the staff with the order, they lied again, saying it was 20 CHF per day plus 25 CHF in taxes, even though the order clearly stated 25 CHF per day and nearly 100 CHF in taxes. Simply outrageous!

When we arrived, they didn’t allow us to pick up the car. After waiting for an hour, they informed us that the reserved car model was unavailable. We then waited another hour and were given a car much smaller than the one we booked, which couldn't even fit three 24-inch suitcases. The car itself was also in poor condition and at least a few hundred dollars cheaper than what we had paid for. The experience was extremely disappointing.

Received a traffic violation locally and had to pay it myself. The rental company does not provide the service to pay it on behalf of customers!
