I had a flat tire during my trip and called for assistance. It took a long time to resolve and was quite complicated. They could only help me the next day. When I called again to ask questions, their attitude was average.

We were misled, booked a Passat station wagon but ended up with a smaller, more fuel-consuming, less maneuverable 'American old car,' a Ford.
