When we arrived, they didn’t allow us to pick up the car. After waiting for an hour, they informed us that the reserved car model was unavailable. We then waited another hour and were given a car much smaller than the one we booked, which couldn't even fit three 24-inch suitcases. The car itself was also in poor condition and at least a few hundred dollars cheaper than what we had paid for. The experience was extremely disappointing.

They do not accept Chinese driver's license or notarized translation documents from domestic notary offices. They claim to only accept international driving permits.

I had a flat tire during my trip and called for assistance. It took a long time to resolve and was quite complicated. They could only help me the next day. When I called again to ask questions, their attitude was average.

We were misled, booked a Passat station wagon but ended up with a smaller, more fuel-consuming, less maneuverable 'American old car,' a Ford. We were told there were no other options and that changing cars would cost extra. Reluctantly, we eventually paid nearly twice as much to switch to a Mercedes GLC.
