When we arrived, they didn’t allow us to pick up the car. After waiting for an hour, they informed us that the reserved car model was unavailable. We then waited another hour and were given a car much smaller than the one we booked, which couldn't even fit three 24-inch suitcases. The car itself was also in poor condition and at least a few hundred dollars cheaper than what we had paid for. The experience was extremely disappointing.

The onboard navigation system is excellent, the diesel engine is powerful, and it handles hairpin turns perfectly.

Jafresi and David were very helpful and very kind. 11 out of 10 for their cooperation.

The car rental process at Zurich Airport was very straightforward, exceeding expectations, taking less than 5 minutes. We also added a second driver. Thumbs up!
