ALAMO CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN SWITZERLAND

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

Alamo offers good value for money.

The front desk staff were really warm and welcoming. The car was in great condition with only 12,000 km on it, and it was a fully loaded hybrid, super fuel-efficient. All the luggage for our family of three fit in easily. The smart driver-assist features made driving on the highway feel much safer. I’ll definitely go with QEEQ again next time.

Excellent service. Purchased full insurance from the car rental company, everything went smoothly during the trip, and returning the car was seamless. The vehicle included a Swiss highway pass and was brand new.

Super easy to find, the signs are really clear.

Very satisfied – picking up the car was fast and hassle-free.

Very satisfied

Excellent service.

Very effective

Very satisfied, the process was quick, and the customer service attitude was excellent.

Great service and really friendly staff, plus the car was practically brand new.

I was second in line and everything was done within 5 minutes.

The car rental company is pretty good and efficient. Both QEEQ and Alamo provided excellent service. However, the car we received for this trip had issues. The Renault Clio's radio suddenly turned its volume to the maximum while driving on the highway, which was incredibly loud and dangerous, and we couldn't adjust it. After several minutes, the issue disappeared when we slowed down, but we didn't dare to use the car's system for the rest of the journey.

The pick-up and drop-off process was easy and efficient.

Super quick and straightforward, all the instructions were really clear.

Easy to locate at Geneva Airport. The car provided was a different brand but very new and had no issues driving. Highway tolls are already included, highly recommended! Make sure to bring a USB cable.

It might be because I arrived early, there was only one staff member, and the wait was a bit long.

Average service, entered the information on the tablet myself.
