However, the overall procedure is quite quick, with both the rental and return contracts sent directly via email. The staff mentioned that if you notice any issues with the car during pickup, take photos to record them and report back during the return process. The whole service is fairly professional. The car provided was very new and well-equipped. I rented a compact automatic car, and they gave me a Toyota CHR hatchback with a hybrid system. The trunk space was large enough to fit two 24-inch suitcases without any problem. Very good experience!

Super happy with this rental. I booked a sedan but they upgraded me to a BYD SUV with just over 10,000 km on it, excellent condition and very clean. Pickup and drop-off were super easy, and whenever I had questions, both the front desk and the platform responded quickly and helped right away. Really satisfied and I’ll definitely come back next time.
