Very satisfied. Even though our English is not good, they patiently used their phone to translate important points for us. Our credit card couldn't be used at the self-service gas station, and we were worried about returning the car late, so we returned it first. Picked up the car from the Zurich city center branch. The front desk staff, who was Indian, was polite and didn't push for additional insurance sales. The actual car provided was the new model Polo as reserved, with only 5,000 kilometers on the odometer. It had high-end features like adaptive cruise control, heated seats, and CarPlay. Fuel consumption on the highway was around 4.6-5L per 100km, and it runs on gasoline. I would consider renting this car again next time.

Super happy with this rental. I booked a sedan but they upgraded me to a BYD SUV with just over 10,000 km on it, excellent condition and very clean. Pickup and drop-off were super easy, and whenever I had questions, both the front desk and the platform responded quickly and helped right away.
