The service was excellent. The staff was already waiting at the airport when I got off the plane. Returning the car was simple; I dropped it off at the store, completed the procedures quickly, and they promptly drove me to the airport.
Because I was in email contact with the area manager, the tire pressure issue was handled quickly and properly. But if you don’t get in touch with that manager, the staff’s responses and the way they deal with problems really hurts the overall rental experience.
The process of picking up the car was simple and convenient, with minimal paperwork. Returning the car was also easy; just fill up the tank and drive it to the rental company's designated return point.
