The service was excellent. The staff was already waiting at the airport when I got off the plane. Returning the car was simple; I dropped it off at the store, completed the procedures quickly, and they promptly drove me to the airport.

After returning the car, I was charged R464.80 without any explanation of the fees. I only found out from my credit card statement, as the rental company did not notify me via email or other means.

The staff were really friendly and proactive, their service attitude was great. They answered all my questions in detail, and the information they provided was very thorough. The car was extremely clean and hygienic, and the overall condition was very good—basically felt like a new car.
My only gripe is with the QEEQ insurance. It’s not handled directly through the local rental company but arranged through China, so if anything happens you have to pay out of pocket first and then claim reimbursement from the insurance back home.
