Well-known brand

Very good.

The chubby and handsome guy at the pickup was very patient and great.

On the first day, after passing through an unavoidable muddy pothole, the car's mudguard fell off while driving. The company assisted with a replacement car without any hassle! Unfortunately, at the time of the replacement and when returning the car after a week-long trip, they did not inform me of any subsequent charges. Fortunately, the repair cost was just over 3,000 TWD, and the rental platform fully reimbursed me!

Can’t quite remember the exact model, just a basic manual. The car was a bit old but it ran fine with no real issues.

It should be acceptable in Africa, but the overall car configuration is much worse compared to the same model in other countries.

Service was excellent and the return process was quick and hassle-free.

Very good.

Super easy process, super quick customer service, and really fast support even in other locations. The staff were efficient too, and they gave us a brand-new car with just 28 km on it.

Pickup and return were both really professional and efficient. At the end they pointed out a clear wear mark on one of the tires, which I agreed with. Luckily I’d bought the platform’s full coverage, so I just claimed it after I got home and everything was taken care of.
