Super fast and efficient.

There weren’t many shuttle buses, so the wait was noticeably longer than with other rental companies.

They make you fill out way more stuff than other companies.

Service was great.

They have a shuttle that takes you straight to the rental location, so picking up the car is really quick and easy. Drop-off was just as fast, and the car itself was in great condition.

Staff were friendly, everything was straightforward, and pickup was really quick.

There was pretty much no service. The car they gave me was a Hyundai Kona, which I’d never even heard of and really didn’t like. Return was very basic—they just glanced at the car, took the key, and sent me off. On top of that, they held more deposit than what was written in the contract: they charged $356, which showed up as an actual credit card charge, so it posted to my account and I had to pay it off first.

Got there around 6pm and walked right up with no line. Staff were pretty polite and easy to deal with.

Overall pretty good.

Overall, I’m satisfied with their service.

The staff went over everything in detail at pickup, even using diagrams to point out the areas that aren’t very safe and recommending we avoid them.
