The car rental company in Denver was considerate since I had kids with me. There was no upselling like others experienced. Bought a tank of gas, just enough to use it all up.
Overall, it's fine. However, the agreement is electronic. When I asked for it, they said it was sent to my email, but it wasn't. I had to follow up via email to get it.
Super easy to find, this is my second time renting here. The car I originally booked wasn’t available last time so they upgraded me, and this time the car was almost brand new, only around 3,0xx miles.
The car was somewhat dirty when picked up, and as it was brand new, the smell inside was quite strong. Had to drive with the window open, and the smell faded after three days.
