Have used Dollar before & they did not disappoint this time as it was a weekday afternoon & I was served immediately. Weekend/morning pickups have been considerably lengthy in past.

Overall QEEQ was simple & worked well. Didn't need price protection.

The car rental company in Denver was considerate since I had kids with me. There was no upselling like others experienced. Bought a tank of gas, just enough to use it all up.

Arrived late, hardly had to queue.

The overall service was excellent.

The waiting time in line was too long.

Overall, it's fine. However, the agreement is electronic. When I asked for it, they said it was sent to my email, but it wasn't. I had to follow up via email to get it.

The first car provided was not cleaned thoroughly, had many small dents, and the seat was broken. Fortunately, we were able to switch to another car, but the exterior still had quite a few dents and the interior wasn't cleaned. If you want to switch cars, it takes more time, so we ended up cleaning the interior ourselves with wet wipes.

A bit slow.

The store didn't provide the car we originally booked despite having cars available. The wait time for service was very long, and the staff's attitude was not very good.

Will not use them again, they held the amounts on my card twice, Louis was full of attitude, they weren't very good at their own systems. Pick up location far off site, takes too long to get car. Bad experience.

Long wait times, few staff members, not very friendly, limited vehicle availability, older cars, and poor vehicle condition.

It's fine, quite standard.

We arrived at 10pm at night due to flight delays. There were over 100 people in the queue and after 30 mins they told us they had only 2 wheel drive vehicles and no others despite booking a 4WD large vehicle. this was the same for most of the people around us. This was unacceptable as we were going to be driving in snow on ski fields for the 5 days. We eventually after 3 hrs saw a customer service person who did provide us with a suitable car but it was much smaller than we had ordered and paid for. We were grateful but would have liked to see a refund for the smaller vehicle. This was not offered at any stage.

Made the right choice.

The car was somewhat dirty when picked up, and as it was brand new, the smell inside was quite strong. Had to drive with the window open, and the smell faded after three days.

They took advantage of my poor English, added extra insurance, didn't send the contract to my email, and charged additional fees after the car was returned.
