The first car provided was not cleaned thoroughly, had many small dents, and the seat was broken. Fortunately, we were able to switch to another car, but the exterior still had quite a few dents and the interior wasn't cleaned. If you want to switch cars, it takes more time, so we ended up cleaning the interior ourselves with wet wipes.

We arrived at 10pm at night due to flight delays. There were over 100 people in the queue and after 30 mins they told us they had only 2 wheel drive vehicles and no others despite booking a 4WD large vehicle. this was the same for most of the people around us. This was unacceptable as we were going to be driving in snow on ski fields for the 5 days. We eventually after 3 hrs saw a customer service person who did provide us with a suitable car but it was much smaller than we had ordered and paid for. We were grateful but would have liked to see a refund for the smaller vehicle. This was not offered at any stage.

I had to take 3 different cars until I got one that had no problems. In addition, my contract spoke of a car and did not make local consultations, pushing it into a lower value car. Service was poor for employees, despite the difficulty of finding them when they were having trouble getting a car that was working properly.

The car was brand new Sedan Hyundai Elantra. The Waiting time for my turn advance to the counter was horrible, waiting time at least 60min. Your staff attending to my booking was trying to influence me to "upgrade" to a more durable care that can manage snow driving instead of proceed with arranging the unit which I had done pre-paid via online weeks ago at price I prefer. The upgrade offer was like US$150+ verses my pre-paid US$40. That's was a shoker to us when I realised it was somehow convincingly blabbered thruout and "upgrade" was arranged. Until I saw the paper to sign, I had decided not to proceed with the upgrade.

Disappointing that Europcar didn't have an easy way for the car to use Denver's toll roads in a simple "pay as you go" way. I.e Several of Europcar's competitors at Denver airport fit tags to their cars, so that you can use the toll roads and simply pay just for the individual trips you've taken at the end of the rental. Europcar/Advantage don't do this. The advice from the staff was simply "don't use the toll roads". This was rather inconvenient.

Initially booked a cheaper car for about $312-thenwhen I learned the SUV was not 4 wheel drive I upgraded and spent 412 which I was told would be a 4 wheel drive. When I arrived at ACE I was told it was not 4whell and had to pay an additional $143. This is unacceptable!!!

They lied to me that I had to have an insurance on top of mine. They charged me additional $ 550 for the insurance. I had to come back and talk to the manager, and he was finally able to refund me that money. They also have a policy in place that when you get on a toll road, they charge your card for the toll plus $ 50.00 administration fee every time toll is recorded. It was the most stressful pick up procedure I have had so far. The whole fiasco took over two hours. Also, the pick up time from the DEN airport was over half an hour.

Make sure you have your insurance covered before you get to the counter and then make sure you decline everything Fox offers you. They give you the hard sell and it will be very expensive.

The first car they gave me was not cleaned both inside and out and had a loud humming noise in the back rear tire. I went back to Fox the next day to get a different car which was cleaned. I wan not given a credit for the first day. I also returned the car a day earlier and they did not give me a credit for an early return but charged me $20.

There were only 2 people working the counter when I arrived. I waited in line for 15 min before it was my turn even though I was first in line. It took another 20 min for the person to try to upsell me to a larger vehicle, 4-wheel drive, GPS, insurance, etc. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for my car to be ready. It apparently was the only mid-size car they have and instead of just upgrading me for free, I had to wait 30 min for them to wash, vacuum, and fill up the only Camry in their fleet. And they weren't exactly in a hurry.

The car was offered as an alternative to what I requested - a downgrade for less money from a Jeep to a Blazer. The car was great and performed very well. I am trying to see where I actually paid $160 as promised by the agent. She also stated that a $300 security would be charged and returned to my account. I paid QEEQ $349.77 on 11/17/23 and then was charged $230.73 on 12/18/23 by NUCAR. I need to know when the $300 will return to my account. I expected to pay $160 after the agent described the reduction. I need information and clarification. I'm hoping that I was not ripped off and need to see my $300 deposit returned.

Service at pick-up was great. We realised the vehicle we had booked was a little small for the amount of luggage we had however we were quickly upgraded to a larger vehicle which cost around $20 extra per day. Very easy process and made such a difference.

The airport pick up took much longer than expected, the van was alright- exactly what we needed in terms of space. The return process was hindered by the massive blizzard, but the customer service offered by AVR when trying to coordinate our drop off was great. Andrew (from AVR) really worked with us to help us return the car and allowed us to park it at the airport since AVR was inaccessible by road due to snow.

Car is in poor condition. Gave it to me with it on empty. Was literally on reserve fuel. Customer service was helpful. The shuttle bus takes forever to get you and they use a small van so if there are any other groups then you are left behind lol. Took over an hour to get over to the AVR pickup location due to slow inefficient shuttle.

Advantage counter staff was great but the car had no windshield washer fluid so I had to buy my own to put in, car also smelled like someone had smoked in it which makes me nervous about getting my deposit back. Also the number to call is horrible it’s an answering machine that makes it impossible to talk to a real human.

No lighting in the parking lot. I couldn't see damage to vehicle until the next day, after I had turned in damage indicator sheet. The 2nd day, in the light, I saw a cracked windshield, cracked mirror casing, lots of dings and scratches. Also, the car smelled like smoke. The car ran rough. The car needed an oil change after just a few miles driving, as well as "service 4WD." Advantage needs to take care of their cars better.

I waited OVER 3 hours to pick up my car on a Wednesday - very frustrated!!! You know what reservations you had and only had 6 registers open out of 10. The manager walked around and kept saying he was sorry for the delay but he didn't open another register or get behind a register himself. He just disappeared behind a close door.... Once I received my car the tire pressure gauge light was on. I stopped to fill the tires with air but the light continued to be on. When I called to complain the only option was for me to call roadside assistance and wait for them and then turn the car in for another one....NO not an option!! I was on my vacation and paid over $600 for a car. I will think twice before I use your services again!!
