The service staff was very friendly. The first car reserved for me wasn't cleaned, and the second one couldn't be found, so they upgraded me to a small SUV for free. Although it wasn't cleaned yet, an employee promised to take care of it immediately, and within 3 minutes, he brought the freshly cleaned car to me. Since I returned the car 12 hours ahead of schedule, I couldn't get the invoice on-site, but received it via email the next day in PDF format.

I was surprised to get a diesel car - but rewarded with excellent mileage and no loss of performance. Cup holders and centre console were a bit grubby but otherwise condition of car was very good. Staff all very friendly and efficient - absolutely no hesitation in going back to them again.

Booking easy and straight forward - no problems or complaints at all

Washer bottle empty, 12 Volt charger did not work so we were unable to charge or use our Sat Nav. Customer service assistant, when we picked up the car, gave us incorrect information about tolls and therefore we were charged for toll fees for the whole of visit when this was not needed.

Booking was smooth and easy. Price protector did exactly what it said and our price was reduced when price drop was noticed. All booking documents received and able t print easily.

The car was fine, except the brakes needed to be serviced. They squealed & caught at low speeds. The driver’s side window was sluggish & the gasket came out of the track. Other aspects of the car were fine.
