Wonderful experience! Rental process was fast; and return was customer service that was above and beyond thanks to Charlton, the agent the checked us out.

It was easy to book and instruction on where to go and documents needed to rent the car were quite explicit. Overall, a very good experience.

Need find a smoother more modern way to get vehicle to customers at desk. Waiting for car another 15 mins to go thru car wash then it’s still dirty inside and bugs still stuck to windows

Counter staff was absolutely dreadful, I got charged $23 and change from the deposit for...I have no idea what, I didn't want to stand in line for an hour to find out...would not use Fox again. Also, you have to pay for your spouse to drive, so Fox is not as inexpensive as you initially think.

pretty sure i was double charged and this was the absolute worse customer service i’ve ever received

Car was filthy. Inside was ok. Outside looked like someone went mud running in it and hadn't washed it for months. Counter rep was very nice. Had to wait a while in line. Must have been a peak time.
