El carro y el servicio estuvieron bien, lo que no me gustó fue que me cobraron más a pesar de ya contar con un servicio de seguro de AXA y que no fueron claros al decirme lo del tanque lleno que debía entregar.

Me gusta mucho reservar con QEEQ pero en esta ocasión en esta reserva me ofrecían el seguro de AXA pero al final terminé pagando más, ya que uno de los asesores me dijo que realmente necesitaba esa parte del seguro, a lo que voy es si realmente necesito eso y no lo demás de mi seguro porque no me fue notificado desde antes?
I don’t get the pass plate and the insurance pushed on you when you have already purchased. I was told mine didn’t cover me. But I purchased through you.
Car was in much poorer condition than the vehicles we own. Fox Tampa staff is great; Fox corporate customer service awful. 2 major issues. After driving a bit, had an oil/burning smell that would not go away--seemed to have a bad tire or wheel bearing. Also, had a soft tire (took picture of air pressure screen) on pickup. Discovered next day that it wouldn't hold air after re-filling with air, because it had a nail in it. Fox Customer Service said we needed to pay because it was not reported within 6 hours. Very disappointed in their lack of appropriate service.
Car exceeded my expectations . Less than 10,000 miles on car and in great condition. Drove great. Easy to find shuttle and only waited about 10 minutes. Was able to walk right up to counter. Had sufficient / multiple employees to help at check in. Drop off was seamless as well. Very easy.
The car I was given was a Nissan Altima. The body had a few more dings and dents than I'm used to see on a rental car. What I did not like about this particular car was that it did not have Android Auto and I was unable to use electronic maps. Other than that, the car was nice and comfortable.
Counter staff in San Jose were kind, fast, and courteous.

I realized that I booked the car for a day earlier than I needed. I phoned customer service the morning I was due to pick up the car, explained my mistake, and was able to cancel the original reservation and have a new reservation ready for the following day, at no charge. In fact, the cost for the same car was a few dollars less. Win-win!
Fox Rental insisted to charge additional insurances that were optional and threatened of canceling my rental if I don’t accept them !! Will never use Fox Rentals again !
The company billed me for the extra insurance even though I asked to decline it. They also hit me with an absurd $150 detailing fee after returning the car, even though the guy when I checked it back in said it looked good. All in all, my cheap rental ended up being more expensive than a premium car rental had I gone with a bigger brand company. Absolutely absurd. No one at Fox will respond to my emails or phone calls asking to escalate the issue up the chain. They sneakily had me sign a document adding insurance while quickly trying to finalize the booking after making me wait more than 30 minutes. I was behind one other person who was being helped when I walked in at around 10AM. Multiple other employees walking around the office, not doing anything substantial, and they just made me wait. When I finally get to the counter, I try and get through the process as fast as possible, and tell them I'm not interested in insurance as my personal car insurance will handle any problems. Then I somehow get billed an extra $100 for insurance over the duration of the trip. Absolute scam artists.
I took the car to the beach. We ended up getting a small amount of sand in the carpet. When I turned the car back in, I asked if that was ok, and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Next thing I know, an added $150 detailing fee was hit on my card. There's a car wash at a gas station less than a block away from this car rental shop. I could have easily gone there, paid $20, and got the car washed and fully vacuumed out. If the guy had bothered to mention the detailing fee to me, I would have just done that and taken 10 minutes of my time and saved $130.
Fox are scam artists. DON'T RENT FROM FOX
El proceso de entrega del auto no fue bueno ya que el personal no hablaba español y tuvimos dificultad para comunicarnos. le solicité solo un seguro de responsabilidad civil y creo me cobraron el seguro total, ya que pagué con terjeta platinum banamex que cubre seguros del coche
