You can sign up for membership for free and just walk straight into the lot to pick a car yourself, super convenient.

You do have to walk a bit and then take a shuttle bus.

I’ve rented from them several times now and it’s been smooth and hassle‑free every time.

Car only had about 10,000 miles on it, so it was pretty much brand new. Staff at pickup were really friendly and there was zero pushy upselling, which I really appreciated.

The rental counter is right at the airport, super easy to find, and returning the car was a breeze. No surprise charges or shady fees at all.

Honestly exceeded my expectations. I’d been worried about hidden fees, but everything turned out super transparent, legit, and smooth from start to finish.

I originally booked a Mazda 3, but when I got to the airport they didn’t have that model available. Anyone who rents often probably knows that’s pretty standard. They first switched me to a similar-level Chevy SUV, but when I got to the garage that car was still being washed, so they upgraded me again to a VW Atlas SE – a model we don’t get back home. I was planning to drive a light, nimble Japanese car and ended up in a mid-to-full size SUV instead.

They charged me over $40 extra just to pick up the car two hours earlier.

The line was pretty long so the wait felt a bit lengthy, but once you’ve got all your info ready in advance, the whole process goes really fast. Picking up the car itself was quick.

There were tons of people and no cars available at first, everyone was just waiting. Maybe because we had kids with us, we only waited about 15 minutes. They didn’t try to hard-sell any extras either, just asked about them briefly and that was it.

Everything went really smoothly with the rental, super efficient and not crowded at all.
