CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON BUDGET AT SAN FRANCISCO AIRPORT, SFO

I rented a brand‑new Kia Telluride, a 2025 model that isn’t even available back home yet. The car was in great shape with just over 40,000 km on it. The whole rental process was super convenient, and returning it was even easier—just handed back the keys and was done in a minute or two. They didn’t even do a car inspection on the spot.

Overall it was a pretty good experience: the car was quite new and smooth to drive. But the information wasn’t very clear. When I booked, it showed Tesla, but when I arrived at SFO they told me there was no Tesla available, only other models, and they even had to double-check if they had any EVs at all. That’s when I realized there was a tiny line in the booking that said Tesla or similar. If you don’t look closely, you’d totally miss that, so I was a bit disappointed. That said, apart from not getting the exact car I was expecting, I was quite happy with everything else and the service overall.

Car only had about 10,000 miles on it, so it was pretty much brand new. Staff at pickup were really friendly and there was zero pushy upselling, which I really appreciated.

Absolutely satisfied! So far, I've completed two trips with this company—one from October 1st to 19th, crossing the U.S., and the other from October 20th to 31st, touring the Great Lakes and southeastern cities in Canada. Both the vehicles and services were top-notch. I just hope they can provide an expense statement (or invoice). Will definitely choose them again next time!
