Pickup was super quick, and when my luggage didn’t fit they immediately swapped me into a bigger car. Drop-off took literally a second—really fast and efficient.

Had to wait in line for almost 40 minutes, which was pretty annoying. The car itself was in good shape, but the remote key was running low on battery, so I had to stand close and fiddle with the angle to get it to start.

They gave us a free upgrade to an SUV, which was great, but the line for pickup took quite a while.

Really good overall. No hard selling on extra services, and any additional charges are clearly explained and require your signature. If you decline, they don’t push it. The deposit was refunded super fast too—I got the bank SMS saying it was returned as soon as I dropped off the car.

Pretty good overall, just the line was a bit slow.

Picked the car up around 6:30 with no line at all. Paperwork was done really fast, and they even offered me two models to choose from. I went for the Highlander and it turned out to be the larger Grand Highlander. It used more gas than I expected, but with four people and four big suitcases, it was definitely more comfortable.

Booked a Ford Explorer but they were out, so we ended up with an older Hyundai Palisade instead.

Returning the car in Salt Lake City was absolutely seamless.

We happened to hit a really busy time around midday, and with only a few counters open the line moved slowly so we ended up waiting quite a while.

Service was pretty professional, the car was very new, and both pickup and return were really convenient.
