Had to wait in line for almost 40 minutes, which was pretty annoying. The car itself was in good shape, but the remote key was running low on battery, so I had to stand close and fiddle with the angle to get it to start.
The original car we booked wasn’t available, so they upgraded us for free to an amazing car. It was in great condition, almost brand new, and super easy to drive. It performed perfectly the whole trip and really made our vacation so much better.
Downtown San Francisco location. Super satisfied! Pick-up was smooth and easy, the car was in great condition, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful!
