CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON AVIS IN SAN FRANCISCO

Queue time was decent, nothing to complain about.

Staff were super friendly, no hard selling at all, and both pickup and return were quick and hassle‑free. The car was in great condition too.

So-so overall. The car model wasn’t what I booked and the price difference on the bill was pretty big. If customer service sees this, please get in touch with me.

Pickup was super quick, and when my luggage didn’t fit they immediately swapped me into a bigger car. Drop-off took literally a second—really fast and efficient.

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

Had to wait in line for almost 40 minutes, which was pretty annoying. The car itself was in good shape, but the remote key was running low on battery, so I had to stand close and fiddle with the angle to get it to start.

AVIS was pretty efficient overall…queued about half an hour to pick up the car, but drop-off took less than 5 minutes.

Super easy to find the location—just follow the signs out of the airport and take the shuttle. The only downside was the wait: the line for pickup was a bit long, and the specific car I booked wasn’t available right away so I had to wait a little longer.

Really good overall. No hard selling on extra services, and any additional charges are clearly explained and require your signature. If you decline, they don’t push it. The deposit was refunded super fast too—I got the bank SMS saying it was returned as soon as I dropped off the car.

Very satisfied

Fast and hassle-free.

Service was just so-so, the staff seemed pretty average in terms of attitude.

Pretty good overall, just the line was a bit slow.

Picked up the car late at night and the line was a bit long.

Super efficient service.

Super efficient, fast, and hassle-free.

Booked a Ford Explorer but they were out, so we ended up with an older Hyundai Palisade instead.

Returning the car in Salt Lake City was absolutely seamless.

Ran low on engine oil during the trip but they helped sort it out quickly.

Service was pretty professional, the car was very new, and both pickup and return were really convenient.
