It's still okay overall. After all, it's the usual routine. They try to sell you some insurance, but you can just decline. It's normal for frontline staff to have pressure, so let's be understanding.

So o atendimento na dollar na hora da retirada nao foi tao bom, eu nao sabia falar muito bem em ingles e a pessoa que me atendeu parecia nao ter muita paciencia em explicar detalhadamente. E tambem nao me levou ate o carro para me dar as instruções de uso como outras locadoras fazem. Mas na hora da devolucao ocorreu tudo bem e rapido
